Scheduling an online appointment was easy and staff confirmed shortly after Dr. shah was prompt, cordial, knowledgable and helpful - even taking the time to make sure captured post-procedure instructions , which were written in an easily understood format. As the lone staffer he also fecilitated paperwork for the return of the staff and scheduled the follow-up two weeks later."
